Legalize Sports Betting

Texas is missing out on a golden opportunity.  

Legalizing sports betting would bring in millions in tax revenue—funds we could use to boost education, infrastructure, and public safety. Look at states like New Jersey and Colorado: they’ve turned betting into a cash cow while keeping it safe and regulated.

Texans already love sports—football, basketball, you name it. Why force fans to take their money to shady offshore sites or neighboring states when we can keep it here, create jobs, and support local businesses?

Opponents might worry about addiction, but we’ve got the tools to regulate it right—age checks, limits, and support programs. It’s not about gambling; it’s about freedom, economic growth, and giving Texans what they want.
